Small Pots, Big Happiness: Harvesting My Home-Grown Vegetables

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. As I mentioned earlier, I have grown some vegetables at home, which include spinach, fenugreek, garlic, and coriander. We had planted all these things in separate pots, so today they have grown well, Alhamdulillah. We have done them once before, and now they are ready to be harvested again.

In the pictures below, you can see that our spinach and fenugreek have grown quite large. Now we will harvest them.

I will use a knife to cut them because this is not a huge area that we can't cut with a large knife, so I started cutting it with a household knife. First, I grabbed the fenugreek and started cutting it.

It is in a small patch, and here we do not have to hold it tightly because here it does not hold in very good soil. It is very thin and fragile. So we started cutting it slowly and kept it in a separate basket. So in this way, I cut and emptied the whole preparation. The one or two trees in it were of capsicum. I did not cut them so that they would grow more.

I had a big basket, and Alhamdulillah, the whole basket is full of this fenugreek, and you can see in the picture below that the fresh and green fenugreek has arrived in our basket, and our small plot of land has become empty. There are two to three trees in it, which are of capsicum.

There is also spinach growing alongside it. I have already cut spinach once before, so now I will not cut it all. I will cut only the big plants so that they all become the same size. Because if we look now, there are some big ones and some small ones. I will cut all the bigger ones. Then they will all be left in the same sequence. Then I will cut them again.

With this thought in mind, I have cut the large spinach plants from the top, and now we have placed them in the same basket in which we kept the fenugreek. Thus, our harvesting today is complete.

Further, if I tell you about my garden, there are other things grown here, including garlic and coriander. These are the two things that are used in every pot at home. Whatever curry we cook, these things are used in it, so that's why they have been grown separately.

The garlic yield is not good because it is drying up from the top. It looks like they have a zinc deficiency. We will treat it in the best way and make it even better. Our coriander is green, big, and fresh.

This is a small garden in my house, which I have prepared for these few vegetables. When winter was about to start, we planted them, and now, thank God, we are eating their fruits. If you also want to prepare fresh vegetables at home, then you can also keep such small pots at home. You can grow these things by adding soil to them, adding good fertilizer, and spraying them. These are the things that grow well in the house. Similarly, you can also plant green chillies, capsicum chillies, tomatoes, and such small plants.
