The Diary Game: Processing Palm Fruits Into A Pure Natural Palm Oil For Daily Use (30-12-2025)

Hello everyone, greeting to you all, I hope you guys are doing good, merry Christmas and a prosperous new year. Today I will be sharing with guys on the palm fruits and how the process it. Palm oil production begins on the palm tree, when the palm fruits are fully ripe, the bunches turn from dark to reddish and orange in color. They will cut down the ripe one's with Cutlass, these fresh bunches will be gathered and take it to process it.

The next step the do is threshing, this is where the palm fruits are separated from the bunches, they removed it by beating the bunches or shaking them until the small palm nuts fall off. After this, the empty bunches are kept aside while the fruits are washed to remove dirt, sand and unwanted material. Then the palm fruits are boiled in a large drum or pot, boiling the palm fruits is very important, because it soften the fruits, kill the germs and help loosen the oil inside the palm fresh. They will cook it for some times until the become soft enough for processing.

The next stage is pounding and pressing it, while the palm fruits still on the fire , the will fetch it into the mortar pound it and press it using machine. The process break the palm flesh and release the oil, then water added and the mixture is stirred well so that the oil can float on the top. After pressing it the mixture is allowed to settle, palm oil naturally float on water , so after some times, the oil rises to the surface . The oil is then carefully scooped out and poured into a container. This whole process shows how much effort and hard work into the production of palm oil , from hervesting the palm fruits to getting clean, fresh oil that we use everyday in our homes.
