The dairy game: enjoying the nature food (oyster)

in Nature & Agriculture15 days ago

Good evening everyone. Yesterday was a day filled with lots of activities. It was a bit stressful, due to walking to and fro to tend to things.
Firstly, I went to charged my phone. My area have been experiencing low power supply for one week now. Nepa people can be frustrating at times. The time one needed them the most, they'll not be available. I can't afford to stay a day without my phone because it's help in many aspects.

While returning from charging my phone, I saw oyster (seafood). I really love this oysters because of its health benefits. I learnt that it's rich in zinc, which help to supports immunity, wound healing, and growth, building strong bones, good for heart health, boast brain function, improve skin and hair, high in protein and low in calories and many more. Knowing about all these benefits intrigued me to wanting to eat it everyday especially now that is the season.

How I prepare the oyster
First of all, I used knife to open it and removed the meat from the shell. I washed it thoroughly because if not properly washed, the sense of enjoyment can be lost because of sand. I later seasoned it to be tasty. I used it to prepare white soup, and it was very delicious. Food contributes to ones well-being, and so I can't afford to a day stay without eating.
