After harvesting the plantain, I moved to cocoyam section, so I used a cutlass, and carefully dug around the root, so I wouldn't damage them, it took much effort, because the cocoyam was really rooted, in the soil, but I was patient,as l pull them out one after the other, l felt so happy seeing how big fresh and healthy the look, the root we're covered, with soil, showing the were freshly harvested, some were very large, while others were medium, in size, but all of them were strong, and matured, it makes me proud knowing that, that thi food come directly out backyard garden, through hard work and care, harvesting cocoyam is not easy, because you have to bend down, and dig probably , but the Joy of seen, the good harvest makes the stress worth it,

After finishing with cocoyam, l move to cassava, farm, cassava harvesting is not is not something you do in a rush, because the roots grow deep and strong, inside the soil,we first cut down the dry stems then held the main stem firmly and pull it up, with strength, some come out easily
While other needed extra effort, and digging around the root, before the could be removed, when the cassava finally come out, come out of the ground,l was so excited, the roots were long thick, and very healthy.we gather them together,in one placey hand and clothes were covered with, soils but I did not mind because it a sign of productivity, the cassava is fresh and ready for processing, we can use it to make gari, and fufu, starch, even boil and eat it with source it will also support and help the family expense,,
