"Taste & Tell" Food Review Contest.

Guys today was a really pleasant and enjoyable day for me. Today I went to Haveli City specifically to get some pastries. As soon as I reached "Sufi Sweet restaurant" the atmosphere there looked quite inviting and busy. But as soon as I saw it a man was standing with a Golgappa cart. And that’s where my delicious experience began.

◉🍜 Delicious experience of Golgappa◉

As soon as I saw the Gol Gappa. My heart immediately started wanting to eat them. There were beautiful tables and chairs near the cart. So I went there and sat down comfortably. The Golgappa man started preparing the Golgappa very neatly and quickly. Just by looking at the cleanliness and style of his hands. I could tell that he was an expert in his work. When I ate the first GolGappa. Its taste was really amazing. The sour sweet and tart water in it was perfectly balanced. The GolGappa was absolutely fresh and crispy. As soon as it went into my mouth I heard a crunch and immediately broke. The potato and gram spices stuffed inside it were also very tasty. Not too tart nor bland but just right.

The special thing about the water was that it had the taste of mint and tamarind in a very good way. After eating each GolGappa. I felt like eating another one. I ate a lot of GolGappa and the taste of each one was as delicious and fresh as the first one. Another good thing was that the Gol Gappe was not too expensive. It was only Rs. 200 per dozen. Which is a very reasonable price by today's standards. It was really a pleasure to get such good taste and cleanliness at such a price. The atmosphere there was also very good. People were happily eating. There was light conversation and a friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed sitting there and eating GolGappe. And it really made my heart happy.

◉🍰 Delicious taste of Milki pastries◉

Today I went specifically to get Milki pastries. And there was a special reason for that. Actually my mother had been wanting to eat delicious milki pastries for a long time. So I thought I would take them for her today. When I reached Sufi Sweet restaurant. There were various beautiful and attractive pastries decorated there. But my eyes went straight to the milki pastries and stayed there. This pastry looked very beautiful and fresh to look at. The creamy layer was beautifully applied on top of it. And just by looking at its soft texture. I could guess how delicious it would be. I immediately got it packed for 1200 rupees. So that I could go home and enjoy it with everyone. Instead of eating this pastry on the spot. I get it pack. Because I want all of us in the family to enjoy it together. When I reached home. All the siblings and Ami jan and Abu jan got together. And then we all enjoyed this delicious pastry together. This moment was really special. Because everyone was happy. And sitting together and eating together is a special pleasure.

When we ate the pastry. Its taste was really amazing. It is very creamy and soft. Its sponge is light and fluffy. It melt in the mouth. The cream was neither too sweet nor too little. But in perfect balance. Especially when it is a little cold. Its taste increases even more. And we also found this cold pastry very delicious. Its freshness was felt with every bite. There was no heaviness in it. But a very light and pleasant taste. Its aroma was also very good. Which added more pleasure while eating. The best part was that we all ate it together. Which made its taste double. Ami jan was also very happy. Because she had the heart to eat this. And when she ate the joy was clearly visible on her face. Abu jan and I also enjoyed it a lot.

In terms of price the quality and quantity was absolutely worth it for Rs 1200. It was an experience that was not only delicious. But also made even more special by spending time with family. Finally I would say that if you like sweet things. Then you must try the local pastries. Especially if they are fresh and cold then their taste is something else.

Overall Experience
Guys my food experience today was truly memorable. On one side were the spicy and savoury Gol Gappa which enhanced the taste. And on the other side was the soft and smooth Milki pastry which completed the day with sweetness. These two things were completely opposite to each other. But together they made a complete and perfect food combination. I can say for sure that if you ever visit Haveli City. You must try both of these things
