The Diary Game [March 30th, 2026] : Morning exercise and controlling food moment

Dear friends, I hope you all are doing well. I am also, Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. Today, I am discussing with you that day on which I enjoyed the morning moments. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I went out. After walking a bit, I went to the place where I needed to be.

There was a class in the morning. After the class ended, without delaying, I went out for a walk with a colleague brother. The main purpose was to have breakfast outside, and also I had thought of taking some pictures and doing a review. Although my colleague brother was going to review a hospital, the way he was going to do it, I had already done before. That's why it wasn't exactly right for me to go with him, but I went not to do the review but for someone else, and I took a picture.

I suggested to my colleague brother to take photos this way because he is working here in a new way and has participated in different types of contests. And the name of this hospital is Mohammad Ali Hospital, which is a government hospital. About ten months or a year ago, I had already reviewed at this hospital by participating in a contest. Through that, I benefited and gained an advantage.

Now, I reviewed another colleague brother. So anyway, after finishing the work there, we took an auto directly to go for a walk and then eat bread, that's why I was saying. Early in the morning, I made a rule that I would not eat rice for breakfast but bread, and that bread is red wheat bread. So we went there, and the bread was being fried while going, and there I ate hot bread with vegetables for breakfast.

I ate there and spent about half an hour there. I realized one thing about the people who come here to eat: most of them are health-conscious because eating such food is very beneficial for the body compared to eating oily parathas in the morning, especially for those who control diabetes, it is very beneficial. For those who control diabetes, eating something like that in the morning is absolutely fine even if they eat red wheat bread instead.

A few days ago, I also discussed diabetes with my mother, as my diary readers know. Anyway, regarding that, I have also become conscious so that diabetes does not affect me. After finishing our meal, we walked ahead and saw a person selling guavas and nicely preparing them. I also had one and ate it.

Although I don't have diabetes, I have developed a fear for my mother. When I used to visit the diabetes hospital with my mother, I thought, somehow, I hope it never affects me because diabetes is a very serious disease and it causes a lot of suffering, not just medically but also in life. So, I am trying very consciously to prevent getting diabetes. I asked my wife which fruits do not cause diabetes.

She told me that almost all fruits contain sugar, but if eaten in small amounts, there is no problem. For example, bananas and sweet fruits naturally contain natural sugar. Anyway, I wanted to eat guava. Guava is very good and does not have any problem with diabetes. At the same time, there was a pineapple in front of me, and I like eating pineapple very much, but it can cause diabetes, so I cannot eat too much. Therefore, I cut a small piece, applied it (?), and we ate it together.

I ate a little but it was very delicious. I really enjoy eating pineapple, and it is very beneficial for the body. However, in the morning after finishing our meal, we left from there and went straight to the madrasa, slept, and spent the whole day nicely. Just like we spend our days every day, we spent the time properly. May everyone be well. Allah Hafiz.
