Chanabut is delicious to eat for fasting people. This natural food has a lot of energy. Which improves health and also helps in gaining weight. Because throughout Ramadan, people engage in various activities even after fasting all day. Then, many people lose weight due to abstaining from food and drink. For example, I have lost 2 kg. But I think losing weight is a part of health protection.
Burinda is sweet but I like to eat it with delicious chickpeas. And this amazing Nimki Fajha is prepared by mixing Nimki Kalijeera with flour. Such foods are healthy even in rural environment. However, it is better to eat sweet foods in moderation.
There are also chicken pap vegetable spring rolls with egg chop pakoras. People are very happy with the food according to their choice. However, I also shop from this shop during Iftar.
