A delicious dish made with gourd and chicken

Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to you with a great recipe. I hope it will be very beneficial for my foodie friends. Today I have prepared a delicious recipe with chicken and gourd. Let's know all the preparation methods of how I made it.

Required materials👇🏾

●Chicken meat
● Gourd
● Onion
●Green chili
●Bay leaf
●Salt
●Turmeric powder
● Cumin powder
●Oil
●Small cardamom
●Large cardamom
●Cinnamon
●Ginger and Garlic paste

The Process of receipe


🟫 Step 01

🍛To prepare today's recipe, first, I chopped the chicken finely and placed it on a plate.
🍛Then I put a clean pan on the stove, add the chopped onion, bay leaf, and green chilies, and fry them well in oil.

🟫 Step 02

🍛Then add all the dry spices, ginger, and garlic paste, and mix well with the onion. Cook.
🍛Then, within two to three minutes, my onions will be finely cooking,
🍛Then I'll give my cut and washed chicken.
🍛Then I will add all the hot spices here.

🟫 Step 03

🍛Then mix the meat and spices well and cook for about five to six minutes.
🍛Then cover it with a lid and keep it for a while, and then the meat will be half-cooked.

🟫 Step 04

🍛Then I will add the washed and chopped gourd here again.
🍛Then add the Lao and chicken, mix everything well, and cook for about 2 minutes.
🍛Then I will cover it with a lid, and after five minutes I will lift the lid and see if my vegetables are cooked well.
🍛Then, test the salt thoroughly with a sufficient amount of water and wait for it to cook completely again with a spoonful of fried dhunajira on top for about five minutes.
