Any type of eggplant bhaji, but I like you a lot. Besides, people of Bangladesh do not complete their iftar without eggplant bhaji during the month of Ramadan. I will present to you all the details of how I made this delicious eggplant bhaji today. Let's get started.

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🍆To make today's eggplant bhaji, I first took two whole long eggplants, which I wrote about today.

Then I washed the eggplants thoroughly and sliced ​​them thinly. As you can see, I have several eggplant slices here.

🍆Then I will knead the gram flour ball well with a little water.

🍆Next, I will make a gram flour dough that is not too heavy and not too thin.
🍆Then I'll add a spoonful of hot oil here, which will help my brinjal fritters stay crispy for a long time.

🍆Then I will take one piece of eggplant and dip it in the gram flour.

🍆Then I will carefully drop the eggplant slices dipped in gram flour into the hot oil one by one.
🍆Then I have to turn the heat up on the stove, and in the meantime, I have to fry the eggplants on both sides until they turn brown.
