Full recipe for Kai Fish Fry

Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to you with a great recipe. I hope my recipe today will be very interesting for my foodie friends. Let's share with you the complete of the recipe I made today.

Required materials 👇🏾

●Koi fish
●onion
●bay leaf
● white oil
●salt
●turmeric powder
●cumin powder
●garlic powder
●ginger paste
●dried chili powder
●roasted cumin seeds

The Process of receipe


🟫 Step 01

🐠Today I will prepare the koi fish fry recipe, so first I cut several local koi fish finely and put them on a plate.

🐠Then I add salt, turmeric powder, and dry chili powder to the fish and mix well, and marinate it for ten minutes.

🟫 Step 03

🐠Then I will heat the oil in a frying pan on the stove and add my marinated fish and fry them until they are well browned for about two minutes.

🐠Then I put a clean pot on the stove and add the chopped bay leaves and chopped onions.

🐠Then I'll put all the dry spices here.

🐠Then I will fry the spices and onion for about 5 minutes until they are well done.

🐠Then I'll add the fried fish once the spices are ground.

🐠Then, cook the fish and spices for an additional five minutes.
🐠Then I will add a spoon of roasted cumin seeds on top with a little water and finish my cooking, but I don't need much water here because today I have made some fish fry.

🐠Once cooked, remove from the oven and transfer to a bowl, and prepare to serve.
