My Creativewriting: Bumper Harvest For Harvest
Greetings @everyone. Happy weekend and welcome to my blog. Hope you all are having a very smooth weekend. Today's creative writing is about "harvest of harvest" please, stay glued and read through it with love from @uyaiuyo
Meaning Of Harvest
Harvest means the time of year when crops are ripe and ready to be gathered. It is the time when you reap what you sow.
During harvest, one can harvest a bumper crop (large quantity) or a poor harvest (small quantity meaning it didn't grow as well as expected). Here, it was a bumper harvest.
Here, my Mom was given a chairlady harvest planning committee to plan this year's harvest in her church. She and her team worked super hard to make sure they harvest is successful. She started by harvesting bunches of coconuts for decorations in side the church.
Hand wey work suppose to chop..... Lol! We helped out by putting some into our bodies. You all know how soft and sweet fresh coconut is and you all know that coconut water has a lot of health benefits such as aiding hydration, replenishing electrolytes, and supplying antioxidants.
It also contains minerals like potassium, calcium, and magnesium, which support nerve function, bone strength, and heart health.
Her team went ahead to cut the bunches of plantains they bought and my good friend also helped out. Meanwhile, just they way you see this plantain, that's how it will be taken to church for decorations.
In the process of harvesting the plantain, we found a bird nest with its newly hatched chicks in it and as a content creator, I quickly used it to shoot a little video before returning it into the bush.... Smiles.
It was indeed a bumper harvest for harvest. Hope you had a great time reading through it.
