Bitcoin worth $2 billion moves for just $0.78

Everytime I send money from one bank to another I got about $0.50 fee. While transferring using crypto is much cheap just like a $2-Billion transaction that took place the other day which had a $0.78 fee. Can you imagine how much fee would it cost sending that amount in the Bank?
