Security concern is a top barrier to AI implementation | Hacker Noon

Our observations and notes: 

Data is the backbone of AI. Without data there is no AI. What if data is corrupt? The maxim, "Rubbish in rubbish out" is no longer applicable in the world of data, iot and AI. In this world "Rubbish in security out" is the new maxim. 

Security has been and will be a major impediment to AI implementation. But nothing is insurmountable. We just need to focus and pay more attention to security.
