Mohan Maheswaran: The most important thing I did early on in my tenure was introducing a set of core values that would drive our company forward. Visioning the company as not a group of individuals, but a team is essential for our success and it's with this direction that I face Semtech's core values. Sticking to those core values makes you a strong leader and sets an example for your team.
