This is due to the special characters. We also can't insert Ü (as in Nücki), Ä (as in Mäh) or Ö (as in Möcki (yes, Moecki is only the internet-suitable spelling)). Let alone commas etc.
At least we (and you) can add special characters to the titles. Whether these are then found internationally is another question... ;-)
