Online job V/S offline job (which is better)

Greetings to my fellow steemians in this wonderful community. I am @hayleydemi from Nigeria and I would like to thank @shiftitamanna for bringing up such an interesting and wonderful topic. Now when we talk about online and offline jobs they are two different things entirely and they both have their advantages and disadvantage. I will be putting in writing the difference between these two jobs based on my experience.

what do you mean by online jobs and offline jobs

Online jobs are jobs which allows one to work from anywhere, at any time and whenever he or she wants as long as they have a phone or a computer. Online jobs can be done at home or anywhere rather than reporting to a set location daily. Online jobs has become known through out the world and many has benefitted from it including me.

Offline jobs are manual jobs which one can do physically, it involves the person going to a particular place to perform certain services so as to get paid for their services. In Nigeria today offline jobs are everywhere and it is what the common Nigeria use to survive. offline are stressful and tiering as it involves you using your energy and strength to the fullest to perform a particular task.

which job is better online or offline ?

We all know that online job is more preferable and is the best. When doing online job it does not require you to stress yourself, or over work your body. Their are certain offline jobs which are strenuous and stressful which leads to body pain and bad health unlike online job which allows you to work from the comfort of your home not following instruction from anybody or coming to work early. Online job is also a way for someone to develop their trading and online skills. In my years of working offline there is one things I observe and that is that it pays less. Paying less meaning that it always gives you money in smaller quantity unlike online job which pays in large quantity when you want to collect your money. Online job is the best and I would prefer that kind of job rather than offline job.

Advantages of online jobs

Flexibility is one of the most important advantages for people working online. This provides one the freedom to work where you want and the opportunity to work at any time you want. Having a flexible lifestyle can help you become more productive and creative because you can work at the time that fits your schedule and time. Being comfortable when working is also an advantage of working online, working comfortable when working is not only great for your health and posture but it also increase your level of productivity and make you feel better about your self.

Disadvantages of online jobs

Distraction is a hindrance to many jobs both online and offline. For people who work online they easily get distracted with ads which may appear in their phones while working and they will easily get distracted and deviate from their work making them not to accomplish what they want.

Online job or offline job - which do you prefer?

If I was to choose between online and offline job I would choose online job because of the various reason I earlier said. Apart from that online job is actually the best because you have many benefits you achieve from doing online job and you don't even have to stress yourself about it.
