My Application For Community Curator For The Month Of April, 2024.

Today I am applying here for Community Curator for the month of April, 2024. My application is based on my love for the Steemit platform and my desire to hold the position of curator from my long-term work experience.

A brief summary of your history on Steem.

• I joined this platform in the month of September,2022 and have been working regularly for about one year and four month. Here is my introductory post.

• I have been posting regularly since the beginning, maintaining Club100 status.

• I have completed my 3X dolphins and waiting for my next goal.

• Since the beginning of the Steemit journey till now I have received many compliments on my content from everyone and many supports from the Steemit team. For this I will always be grateful to the Steemit team.

• Currently I am admin of Steem4Professionals community. The reason for joining the Steem4Professionals community is because I am working as a Bangladesh government employee and there are many users on Steemit like me who are engaged in different professions. The motive of our community is to develop the professional skills, experience, technical knowledge of the users to the whole world through Steemit platform and also working as a moderator of three reputed communities on Steemit platform.

Experience of Community Curator	I worked as a Community Curator as a member of Team1 in January/2024 and team2 in February/2024.

As a admin and moderator, I not only verify posts but also guide those who are newcomer on the Steemit platform to do the right thing in various ways. I try my best to guide all new users properly and I am strict on rules as set out by the Steemit team as users who knowingly or unknowingly make mistakes must follow Steemit rules.

Description of your 'real life' specialist or professional skills or abilities.

I am a Government Employee in real life. I am employed as a responsible Administrative Officer under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Bangladesh. The name of my department is Bangladesh Betar. Which is the only radio organization of the Bangladesh government. I have been working here for 8 long years.

I have gained experience in creating content on various topics from my working life.

Also I have been working on Pinterest since last 2 years and also as a Canva Specialist. I work with a team in my home country where I provide services by promoting the business, web site, and products of clients from different countries. In this case I am working on marketing the client's business by creating informative pins.

What country do you live in and what language do you read fluently?

I am a Bangladeshi citizen and living in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Bengali is my native language. I can read and write fluently in Bengali language very easily for daily work.

English is the second language in our country therefore I am fluent in English.

I like to curate quality and creative content. I love reading and curating the different types of posts on Steemit. When I perform the role of moderator, I monitor the post quality, post tags, image source code, beneficiary, plagiarism, AI, club during the verification of a post, and I always curate good quality posts and support other users for their good work.

Since I regularly check posts to see if they're genuine and #steemexclusive. Also while reviewed I closely monitor each post by checking user clubs, AI, plagiarism, bot votes and power down history, and for this I use the following tools to check each post.
