INTRODUCTION

Good evening my fellow steemians @steem4professionals, it's a pleasure for me participarting on this great contest organised by @shiftitamanna. The contest is actually an amazing topic which i will use this privilege to invite some of steemit friend to participate on the contest;@tripsy,@jozzie90,@jeph001.

Team work is the coming together of difference bodies,having one mind ,aiming just to get a particular task done. It's also means the working together of individuals in a coordinated and cooperative manner, leveraging their unique skills, knowledge, and strengths to achieve better results than they could individually.

In another way round individual work is the process of completing project and tasks by a particular person without the assist of any other body.

Me in particular I love team work more than individual work cause team work ease tge load of tge work more than only you trying to complete the work alone.

• Team work is the coming together of individuals with a coordinated ,cooperated mindset aiming to get a particular tasks done while Individual work on the other hand is the completing of a particular by a particular person.

• In team work ,work can be distracted by a followed team mate which can lead to tye delay of the work to be done while Individual work , it's just self which you actually be distracted so easily

• Team work is required when a particular work is bigger than one person to handle and this is mostly in larger companies . Individuals work is required when a particular work is compstible for only one person to handle, it can be a self project .

• In team work everyone achieve more whereby everyone will get a chance to come up with their ideas and it will ease up the work done , In individual work the person may end up end up cracking his head on how to start up the project which can be time wasting.

Team work is more progressive than individual work because in team work the coming together of different body having tge same mindset in other to complete a particular task will make the work more efficience, and thework will be ease cause the schedule of the work to the following teammate will make the work to be more easier for the teammates.

Team work is more creative because of the difference head coming together as one. Working as a team is more efficient and there's chance of achieving more and also working as team increases cooperation making it easier to work harder. In team wrok there's chances of learning new things from team mate.
