Music Daily: Aerosmith - Sweet Emotion

After achieving some success on their debut song "Dream On", Aerosmith had a series of flopped singles with "Same Old Song and Dance", their own version of "Train Kept A Rollin'", and "S.O.S. (Too Bad)", all from their second album "Get Your Wings". Their third album "Toys in the Attic" had "Sweet Emotion" as the lead single. It charted at number 36 on US Billboard Hot 100, where it had successfully gone 3x platinum. It peaked at number 56 in Canada. Despite not charting in UK, it still had gone Silver record.
