After the success of her Disney series "Lizzie McGuire", Hillary Duff was did the movie version and it was released called "The Lizzie McGuire Movie". The soundtrack album of the movie was a hit going 2x platinum in the US, while it's lead single has been "Why Not". Another version of the song was added on her debut album "Metamorphosis". The song charted in Australia at number 14, and number 15 in New Zealand.
