After the previous hit "Hello My Love", Westlife released "Better Man" as the second single from their comeback album "Spectrum". The ballad became a moderate hit in UK Singles chart, where it only peaked at number 26, but managed to go Silver record, while it was a number 2 hit in Scotland. In their homeland Ireland, it became a number 8 hit giving them another top 10 hit.
