Good questions!

  1. You will be able to see all the events, contests, initiatives and announcements on https://steemit.com/hive-118409/@hive-118409/all-events-contests-initiatives-and-announcements. I will write a weekly post on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Moderators will still need to leave a comment.

  2. Every day as long as there are not more than seven posts pinned at the same time.

  3. You could pin other posts too but ideally contest entries.
