I have been here longer than you and I can tell you that you are doing a bad job right now. The team that was here before was also doing a bad job and as a matter of fact, they left.
The problem can only get worse because people don't have the courage to speak up and it's sad.
I receive very often messages from people asking themselves why their posts are not supported. I think your #club5050 #club75 #club100 and so on are c**p. Most of the users on Steemit don't receive any support and you should know that. Before you think that you are doing well here, consider that you are not doing that great.
I appreciate the support you gave me and the dance and music community in the past but I've just said that the new system does not work. It works only for those few people you are still supporting.
Ask yourself why nobody else until now wrote a post like this one. When you find out an answer, you are on your way to a solution.
I could write much more but it could refrain people from reading this post.
I really hope people will engage with this post since engagement is a topic that has been encouraged.

Saludos querida comunidad de Dance and music y mi querido @donatello. No se puede dejar solo a alguien que nos ya apoyado tanto, es cierto que la comunidad tuvo mucho apoyo y gracias a esos habían muchos usuarios motivados a crear sus contenidos aquí, en mi caso, recuerdo que desde que comencé a ser moderadora de la comunidad siempre me inventaba una iniciativa para mantener a los usuarios motivados y lo que más disfrutaba era poder premiarlos yo misma con mis propias ganancias, ahora nuestro dinero aquí está bastante limitado porque habría que encender inmediatamente el mismo porcentaje de lo que se transfiere de nuestra wallet a otro usuario o si necesitamos un dinero.
Tengo el gran sueño de seguir construyendo el hogar de mis hijos y antes contaba con steemit gracias a mis publicaciones diarias para poder cubrirlo, pero el sueño se detuvo, ahora debo trabajar muchísimo fuera de aquí para poder lograr estar pronto en mi propio hogar. Solo dejo este comentario porque es tan bonito cuando una persona se entrega completamente a la plataforma y hacen publicaciones de calidad y cuenta con un soporte constante, pero muchas publicaciones no son valoradas. Creo que la dedicación y el tiempo que cada usuario entrega aquí debería tener una recompensa fija ya que se trabaja en steemit para que la plataforma siga de pie, sin nosotros Steemit no tendría vida.
Tengo un circulo social muy amplio en mi trabajo en donde puedo hablarles de esta plataforma, pero a veces lo he pensado porque cómo les puedo prometer que aquí pueden sentir que su vida puede cambiar financieramente si todos sabemos que el comienzo es de grandes sacrificios incluso hay usuarios que tienen buen estatus y sus publicaciones no son tomadas en cuenta.
Tengo más de un mes ausente en mis publicaciones debido a la perdida de dos familiares y el ánimo lo he tenido por el piso, pero sigo con la mentalidad de seguir inviertiendo en mi cuenta de steemit porque no me quiero rendir.
Por favor denle amor a esta comunidad y a todas las comunidades que trabajan parabla música, la música salva la vida de las personas, llena el alma de alegría, y valorar el esfuerzo de cada músico aquí en la plataforma es algo muy importante. Mensualmente sigo encendiendo mi cuenta, pero necesito sentir nuevamente la energía y motivación de ver mi trabajo valorado y hablo también por todos aquellos usuarios que hasta pierden el sueño por trabajar y estar activos aquí. Este mensaje lo envío desde mi corazón deseando que nadie más se sienta desplazado. Seamos todos la esperanza de los nuevos usuarios que confían en este ecosistema. Dios los bendiga.

Solo hay un grupo de comunidades que reciben apoyo. Una vez que ese apoyo se haya ido, los miembros pertenecientes a esas comunidades dejarán de publicar poco a poco. Dentro de tres meses, la mayoría de los miembros habrán dejado de publicar. Ya nadie baila aquí porque no reciben recompensa. Sigo bailando porque es lo correcto para tu cuerpo, mente y alma. Tuve una operación dolorosa a fines de marzo y necesito un par de semanas más para recuperarme, pero ayer filmé un video de baile, jajaja.
Jajajajjaja que bueno, nada te detiene amigo. Espero que pronto te recuperes de la operación. Y bueno con respecto a lo que dices de las comunidades pienso que el apoyo deberia ser equitativo para todas de tal manera que cada persona que elija una comunidad pueda ver su futuro allí y que se sienta feliz e identificado con la plataforma.

A team is made of people. Anybody should be able to see who is behind a username.
And one more thing, as you saw in the previous image, people have set the % of the vote to 50, they have to set it to 100%, it is the minimum, even so I think they will not give anything because they do not have SP in the accounts
I would tell everyone who is there that if they don't have a minimum of 500 SP they should leave the trail, since they are there but they don't do anything useful for the trail
The problem is that nobody votes and when they do, the vote is worth nothing, since when they earn something for the publication, instead of investing it in sp in the account.
