Keep fit and have fun week 77 | Legs day in the parking lot [ENG/ESP]

[ENG] Big greetings, community! Have been long time since my last post but now I'm back with this routine for legs strenght with the sounds of an original recording of acid rock, I'm guitarist and entusiast for fitness.

I had a pair of dumbbells of steel and this year me and a good friend fabricated an hexagonal concrete dumbbells it weight close from 27 Lbs, we call these the vikings dumbbells, mainly because in sides we carve an acient rune for Mind Power, also because these have nice weight.

The exercises we did this time are Sumo Squats, Abs, jump the rope, Deadlift and something I call the March.

[ESP] ¡Un gran saludo, comunidad! Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde mi último post pero ahora estoy de vuelta con esta rutina para fortalecer las piernas con los sonidos de una grabación original de acid rock, soy guitarrista y entusiasta del fitness.

Tenía un par de mancuernas de acero y este año, un buen amigo y yo fabricamos mancuernas hexagonales de concreto que pesan cerca de 27 libras, las llamamos las mancuernas vikingas, principalmente porque en los lados grabamos una runa para el poder mental, también, porque tienen buen peso.

Los ejercicios que hicimos esta vez son Sumo Squats, abdominales, saltar la cuerda, Deadlift y algo que llamo la Marcha.
