Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body

Justin Timberlake's debut studio album, "Justified," includes the third single, "Rock Your Body." It was written and composed by the production team The Neptunes, and it became commercially available on April 12, 2003. This song was initially meant to be written for Michael Jackson, but he ended up rejecting it, along with other songs. which are on Justified, and were eventually sold to Justin Timberlake. The song spent a week at the top of the charts in both Australia and the UK before peaking at number five on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Francis Lawrence directed the song's accompanying music video. The song's rhythm is established at the beginning of the video, which takes place inside a black cube filled with a rainbow of colored lights and a variety of people dancing. Justin Timberlake can be seen singing the song in the video. The singer choreographs with his backup dancers and sings along with the song's first verse at one point as he ascends from the cubicle floor into an opening in the ceiling. From time to time, the camera pans across Timberlake's face in various sections of the video as Timberlake's cuts begin to dance on their own.

Timberlake is alone in the bucket as the second verse begins. The choreography is then performed once more by Timberlake and his dancers. After the second chorus, Justin Timberlake dances with a woman, who lip-synches her verse with Vanessa Marquez. Timberlake can be seen dancing alone in the song's breakdown, where he is punching boxing. Timberlake is seen running in the opposite direction at the end of the video, duplicating his movement.
