Is it possible to substitute an alternative crop? For example Black nightshade (kwaansusuaa?) might substitute for flavour profile.

That is actually a nice idea, Kwaansusuaa could work in some dishes for flavor I don't think it’s really a full substitute for tomatoes especially for things like paste or sauces. But if we keep trying to explore good alternatives, it could help reduce the imports and more importantly to me, the food loss
