Animal Activities #63

Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Animal Activities " as part of my participation in this contest organized by @xkool24

In my compound, there lived a loyal dog named Smart. Smart was not the strongest or biggest dog in the compound, but he was known for one special quality, which was his loyalty.

Smart belongs to my landlord who lives with his loved ones. Every morning, Smart would follow his owners wherever they went wagging his tail happily. While the man himself doesn't stay at home more often due to his work, his wife and children do, and his wife usually goes to her garden, whenever she goes to the garden, Smart would follow her and sit nearby, watching her carefully as if he were guarding the crops.

One evening as they were returning home, dark clouds gathered and a heavy storm began. The woman slipped on the muddy road and hurt her leg badly. She couldn't stand up.

As Smart saw her, he barked loudly and ran back to the compound. He stopped in front of her best friend's house, barking and pulling at people's clothes until they followed him. Finally, Smart came across someone who noticed something was wrong and followed Smart.

Smart led them straight to where the woman was lying on the road. The people who followed him, quickly helped the woman and carried her home safely.

From that very day on, everyone in the community admired Smart. They realised that even though he was just a dog, his courage and loyalty saved a life.

Moral Lesson: This story is to let us know that in life loyalty and love aren't measured by strength or size but by the heart to do good.
