Hello steemit team!!

I am very excited to share my individual application for the Steemit Challenge Season 29, where I will discuss my ideas on what I plan to contribute.

Welcome to a new season that emphasizes not what you cook or make with your hands, but how you think.

The Thinking & Ideas Challenge aims to evaluate:

  • Creativity
  • Problem-solving
  • Original thought
  • Clarity of expression

There are no correct or incorrect answers, just depth, logic, and originality. Participants are urged to think honestly, critically, and independently.

Draft schedule for 6 weeks challenge

WEEK 1: If You Were in Charge

Leadership requires decision-making, not perfection. You are to step into the role of someone with authority. Wear the shoe and feel the heat.

Questions

  • If you were given full authority for one year in your community or country, what is the first issue you would address?

  • Why did you choose this issue over others?

  • What is that one difficult decision you would have to make?

  • How would you explain this decision to people who disagree with you?

WEEK 2: Simple Solutions to Big Problems

Complex problems do not always need complex solutions. Sometimes, small ideas create the biggest impact.

Questions

  • Choose a global or local problem (education, waste, traffic, unemployment, loneliness, etc.).
Propose a simple, realistic solution that does not rely on advanced technology.

  • Who would benefit most from this solution?

  • What possible challenges or limitations do you think your idea might face?

WEEK 3: Seeing Problems Differently

Most people complain about problems. Few take a break to examine them deeply. This week is about how you see a problem, not how quickly you solve it.

Questions

  • Identify one everyday problem in your community or country and explain some steps in solving them.

  • Why do you think this problem still exists despite many people noticing it?

  • In your opinion, what is the most misunderstood part of this problem?

  • If you could change one mindset related to this issue, what would it be?

WEEK 4: Rethinking the Normal

Many things are accepted as “normal” simply because they have existed for a long time. This week challenges you to question that normality.

Questions

  • Name one practice, belief, or system that people accept as normal but should be questioned.

  • Why do you think people rarely challenge it?

What could improve if this “normal” way changed?

  • What might be lost if it disappeared completely?

WEEK 5: Ideas That Failed (and Why)

Failure is often more educational than success. Do you agree? This week focuses on learning from ideas that did not work.

Questions

  • Describe an idea, plan, or decision (yours or someone else’s) that failed.

  • What was the original intention behind it?
Why do you think it failed?

  • What would you do differently if given another chance?

WEEK 6: One Idea Worth Spreading

Some ideas are small, some are big, but a few have the power to change lives. This final week is about clarity, purpose, and impact.

Questions

  • Share one idea you believe could improve lives (locally or globally).

  • Why is this idea important now?

  • Who do you feel needs to hear this idea the most?

  • What is the first small step someone could take to begin?
