The Brave Little Elephant
Deep in the heart of a certain village in my community there is a very deep forest in the place where elephants live. Among all the elephants in the forest, there lived a stubborn elephant named Jami. Unlike the other elephants in his herd, Jami was the smallest and most curious, and always ready to explore places.
In one dry season, all the rivers and ponds in the forest started to dry up. The elephants became so worried about the need for water to survive. The senior elephants among them all searched and searched for water but couldn't find any.
One morning, Jami remembered hearing the distant sound of flowing water while he was exploring a rocky hill some weeks ago. Although some other elephants doubted him because of how young he is. Jami didn't mind them as he was so determined to help his people.
With courage, Jami led her through thick bushes, narrow paths, and dusty plains. The journey was long and tiring, but Jami never gave up. Finally, after much walking, they reached a hidden Valley where a clear river flowed between large rocks.
The elephants cheered at him with joy. From that day all other animals started visiting the place to drink fresh water. Jami was then praised by all the animals for his wisdom and courage.
