Explain in detail the term mechanization
Mechanisation means using modern technologies and machinery for farming. It involves farming a large piece of land using machinery like a tractor, boulder, and other farming tools. In mechanised farming, a large piece of land is farmed and mechanised farmers are seen as the richest farmers on earth.
People who engage themselves in mechanized farming are usually rich people who have the money to buy a large piece of land, buy or higher machinery for farming. They don't farm on a small piece of land and they rely more on the use of machinery for farming activities. Mechanization is the use of machines to perform tasks that were previously done by human or animal labor
What is the importance of mechanization?
The importance of mechanisation is very large which one of which is that large production.
- Farm produce is usually in a large form
- It's less stressful for farmers
- Increases production and farming activities
- Save time and labour
- Improve living standards as production is increased
- Reduce human fatigue and error.
