A no fruit diet

I try my best to get some fruits every evening. If not anything, at least some fingers of banana and two oranges. I can't trust when my favorite fruit vendor will be around. She's my favorite because she always finds a way to keep fruits fresh and she's honest.

One evening I tried to buy fruits, all the bananas had gone bad. I asked for bananas and she said oh no dear they're bad and you won't like it. Some vendors would have sold it to me and hoped that I reached the house before opening to check. Not this lady. The other vendors forget that if you give a bad fruit one time, it looks like you got away with selling something that could have been a cost to you but you didn't see the part where you lost the customer that would have made you way more money over time.

That's not the main topic of today's blog. I spent about three weeks some nights looking for another fruit vendor because sadly, my favorite lady relocated. There are a dozen vendors in my neighborhood but I really don't trust them. So I've been going with no fruits for almost a month now.

My brother said why don't you just take multivitamins and move on with your life
My argument was simple, it was not natural. His argument was also simple, it's going to give you the same results so stop acting like a baby.

I don't know if it's safe to rely solely on multivitamins and not natural fruits. We are of the earth and what we need is from the earth. He argued again that multivitamins are not from space, and I said fair point but I just don't trust it.

Anyways, I'll eventually find a vendor today because my friends are going to take me out in the evening.

The biggest issue I have with a no fruit diet is that you are now living on low fiber foods, so get ready for constipation and even diarrhea. He had an answer for that too. He said I could use a fiber supplement or high fiber carbs. I give up.
