In agriculture, there is a branch that deals with the management, cultivation, and study of garden crops which this branch is known as horticulture.
The reason why it is called horticulture is that it involves the growing of flowers, trees, vegetables, fruits, and a lot of things that can be commonly found around us especially those that need to be watered and maintained.
Horticulture as a branch of agriculture focuses more on large-scale cultivation of plants for recreational, nutritional, and aesthetic purposes.

Horticulture takes care of a wide range of activities;
Cultivation of fruits ornamental plants, vegetables, and flower plants.
Propagation of plants through cuttings, budding, seeds, and grafting.
Storage and post-harvest
Pest management and plant protection.
The gold part of horticulture is that it can be practised in farms, small gardens, commercial nurseries, and parks which contribute to making a place look beautiful, providing food and healthcare.
