California palm tree

My photography today is about the California palm tree. This palm tree is a bold and imposing tree. that can develop a massive trunk and grow much taller. Pale green fan-shaped leaves are very large, and are deeply cut and have many thread-like filaments growing from the tips and margins of leaflets. There are clusters of tiny creamy-white flowers in spring; numerous black berries ripen in late summer. It is also eaten as a food, especially the fruit/nut which is ground up as flour or made into a mush. The fruits are used to produce a sweet beverage and made jelly from the fruit. This plant was in the park near my house and this was very beautiful and the green colour was shining in the Sun shade. I took the opportunity and took the photos. Which i am going to share with my friends. I wish that you'll be happy after seeing this.
