Study Falklands law

The term “Falklands law” can refer to many different things for example the Legal System of the Falkland Islands.

My focus rather is upon a quote that got my attention, it states "when you don't have to make a decision then don't make a decision".

With the reference to the workplace say for example you are growing but you are growing at the slower pace but you feel it's time to develop your skills a little more and improve your service quality but yet you don't do it because of your personal reasons developing yourself to achieve is not necessary just because the person next to you or your colleague decides that this is the time that you're supposed to make a move based on what they feel and not what you feel.

Sometimes it goes all the way up and it doesn't always have to be your colleagues it can be your managers colleague sometimes simple excuses get you anxious in the workplace but understand way longer you stay at a company the more time with you not everyone is as positive so let no one convince you to do something before you are ready to do it even if you have to go back to the couch of your grandmother's house.
