Today, a few days after the beginning of the year 2024, I am grateful for every moment lived, the year that ended was full of many experiences, some good and others not so good, but as I always say, we must keep only the best of everything. In particular, 2023 was a very complicated year from the economic point of view, especially in countries like Venezuela where whatever you do, the instability caused by the bad policies and decisions of the leaders turn your economic efforts into a constant struggle to survive and, however, I thank the universe that despite the critical moments we always managed to count with the basics, sometimes the minimum, but always with something.

From the year that is ending I will keep the good things. At the health level I also went through difficult moments, which I have been overcoming step by step, those episodes where my physical, mental and emotional health was compromised taught me what I must transform in my life, the changes I need to implement to continue with a life in good health. Going through the different situations that caused an imbalance in my health allowed me to value what I should do to improve and strengthen my body, mind and spirit. Recognizing that the excesses at work and the neglect of my own existence as a consequence of a bad economy took a very high price that in the end taught me that it is useless to work without rest if you lose the most valuable thing which is your health and the moments with your loved ones.

2024 was a year of challenges for me and my family, my partner and I in spite of every situation proved to each other that only with the sincere commitment of both of us we can get through every challenge or difficulty. Love is a great medicine and being with the people you love and love you is a great blessing that you should not change for anything. Today more than ever I understand that it is the people who are there, those who do not let go of your hand even when you have abandoned yourself, are the ones that truly matter. To recognize ourselves in the love of a couple, of family and with special affection of our pets, those wonderful beings that are there to be loved and cared for because they only give us love, cannot be replaced or exchanged for anything.

Understanding that each day is a valuable experience, that we must be thankful for being alive and count what we do have as blessings is fundamental, we must leave aside the complaints, abandon those negative feelings of criticism that fill us with negativity, we must love and value ourselves should be a daily goal this 2024. Of all the years that have passed, I keep only the best, I am sure that with dedication and effort we will make our existence in every moment a place of light and harmony. Today more than ever we must make our humanity grow and create in us and in those around us a sense of deep respect for mother earth and every inhabitant, species and living being that is part of it.
