5. After ensuring all the way, you now have to prepare your people to start the journey. You must ensure that your people are well inspired. Then you have to make the list of instructions one by one under the way you have followed, your ability and your people. Here you can follow the mathematics. That is called operations research. It is very perfect way to find out the best possible way and instructions.
