Fake tiramisu.

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg yolk
250ml whipping cream
25g cream cheese
100g sugar
18 tropical cream cookies @gullongalletas
Nescafe @nescafe_es
Chocolate powder

PREPARATION:

Put the egg yolk, cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
In another bowl, whip the cream.
Mix the contents of the two bowls together.
Dissolve a little Nescafe in milk and dip the cookies in it.
Place a layer of cookies in the bottom of a dish, pour in some of the mixture, add another layer of cookies, pour in more of the mixture, add another layer of cookies and sprinkle with a little chocolate.
