They always say time is money, but have you ever thought that money is time too?

You know why always people hate nine to five jobs?

Well there are a million reasons I'd need a whole course to tell you why,

but one of the reasons is: You're basically trading time with money

but time my friend, is the most scarce element in our world

it's the only thing that is irreplaceable, the only thing you can't buy with money is time.

So we'll come to this in another article, but for now you should ask

What does this have to do with my personal finance management?

You are trying to say that by working a 9 to 5, you are trading time with money, right?

That's totally right, but there's an additional part you should know

let's move to the money you earn from your 9 to 5 job,

you normally say: This shoes costs 300 dollars,

this is the normal way a person thinks of price

but the abnormal and the realistic way is to say:

This pair of shoes that I bought cost me 30 hours or more of hard work

This brand new car costs me maybe one whole year of hard work, waking up early every day

working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

So this is a simple principle and a slightly different way of thinking that can result in major changes when it comes to your buying decisions

if you think about the products you buy this way, you'll find that you're more than ready to give up on those products.

because who loves to work all day for 10 days to buy a pair of shoes?

Think of products with time in mind, this watch will cost me 40 hours of hard work, so is it worth it?
