Useful information for those interested in volunteering abroad

Since here in Steemit there are people from around the world and it's pretty how we talk to each other and we appreciate each other no matter wherein are we from, I think you might be interested in this: Worldpackers.

This is an app that you can use from your mobile phone or from the computer, and you can subscribe and pay for the membership or not, as usual.

• The free option allows you to explore the entire app and all the volunteering available, you can also create your profile.

• The payment subscription is for those who are already decided and need to talk with the host
  s, with other volunteers, maybe you want to see the location of the place you are interested in (you can do that too), and you also have free classes to improve in this adventure.

I paid for my subscription in 2019, because I was decided to have that experience, but then we all know what COVID-19 did. But now I'm considering it again, and while I was there checking the places that I like the most, I thought that it might be useful for some of you.

What's make volunteering about?

You'll be helping with different tasks which you can read in the presentation and you also can choose the place according to what you can do or what you'd like to do, and IN RETURN (because all volunteer work has something in return), you have accommodation and different meals.

Some places offer:

• 3, 2 or 1 meal, it depends on the host
• Accommodation (all of the places)
• Certificate (some of them)
• Tours
• Free bikes
• You can use their kitchen freely in any time
• WiFi

• Teaching sports
• Teaching languages

• Gardening
• Children care
• Reception (in hostels for example)
• Maintenance

Well... you can go to WorldPackers, as I mentioned but I'm not gonna make a tutorial because it's pretty simple, you just need to follow this link and start exploring the app, wherein you can read in different languages.

However, this is not the only place to volunteer. I'll share with you those I've listened about but I only explored some of them and they didn't call my attention.

Bueno... puedes ir a WorldPackers, como mencioné, pero no voy a hacer un tutorial porque es bastante simple, solo necesitas seguir este enlace y comenzar a explorar la aplicación, donde puedes leer en diferentes idiomas.

Sin embargo, este no es el único lugar para ser voluntario. Compartiré con ustedes los que he escuchado pero solo exploré bien algunos de ellos y no me llamaron la atención.
