Photo reportage. Dandelion and bees
Collecting nectar and pollen from a dandelion bee.
For information - each bee visits 10-12 flowers per minute.
For the whole day, the bee manages to visit more than 1000 flowers.
The typical and most widespread is the honey bee (Apis mellifera).
When a bee sits on a flower, it transfers pollen to another flower.
In spring and summer, bees play a key role in pollination of plants.
Bees fly from flower to flower in search of nectar and pollen
And so sunny we see Dandelion in the spring in the month of May.
But life is fleeting for a dandelion - a moment and the flower is gone.
Although in the place of the former flower, another flower quickly appears.
The dandelion has faded - the wind has blown and ... there is nothing at all. Such is the transience of life in nature in flowers.
Photo from the genre - Macro photography. Amazing beauty of nature and my garden. At this time of the year, the first flowers appear and one of them is Dandelions. And macro photography gives us the opportunity to look into the secret world of nature and see a lot of things that we have never seen before. In these days of May, many bees fly to flowers (dandelions), collecting nectar and pollen in the hive. Because there are not many colors yet. Dandelions - like little suns, they attract bees and other insects with their bright colors and aroma. Bees love flowers and play an important role in pollination of flowering plants. Especially after winter - in spring, these first flowers. And also bees need gardens with many flowers. To collect only 1 gram of honey for a bee, it must fly over 1000 flowers. This is the kind of work that these serpentine insects have to do every day, from spring and summer until late autumn. This was my photo repot about flowers and bees.
