Here I have barely seen any ice or snow. It bothers me, like a lot.

It is the same here in south-Finland, just a few times it has snowed but soon melted away :(
I'm going to pay a visit to central-Finland by the end of February so hopefully there's still some snow left so I could experience the winter that never came here.
