THE DIARY GAME || 8th January 2023 || Morning Routine, Going to Church, Preparing and Enjoying home made "Banku"😋😋😋.

Hello, fellow steemians,

It is a very special day to come your way with my daily activities. Today happens to be Sunday, the second Sunday of the year 2023. As believers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we have to meet as Christians to worship the highest God.

Because of this, I usually wake up in the morning just as I wake up to work. I normally carry out my morning routine in other to be able to get there on time. After waking up today, I realized have to carry out the normal morning routine of work I do. As a result, I hurriedly started to do those house duties. It took me a few minutes to finish some of them. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my fridge heater hence I have to work on it. I started with that one and in no time I was done with it too.

I then went to the bathroom to take my bath, I returned to get dressed and left the house for church. Immediately leaving the house, I called my friend to be able to check if he is ready. He answered the call and told me he is also ready and he is on his way to the junction normal meeting. Together, we walk to the Church place. When we got there, the number was not encouraging at all. The number was half the number that came to church the last Sunday. We joined and we did carry out service. The service involved praying, singing, and listening to the word of God and also dining and giving to glorify his name.

After doing all these things, the church was brought to success and we had to help to dismantle the canopy that was present and used to provide a shed for service. Together with all who were present, we did dismantle all the canopies and sent them to the appropriate place to prevent people from stealing them. We then left the place to our various homes. Those that came with a motor took their motor and left just us those that came by bicycle. We those who went there walking also started our journey to walk back home.

Because the church place is a bit far we were talking and discussing a lot of things on our way back mostly about football and work just because we both work at the same place. We were taking and taking and by the time we realize it, we were at the junction where we meet. Each of us took his direction and head toward home. Fortunately for me just when I turn in my direction, I saw a friend who was on the motorbike heading towards my direction. He stopped and asked me to come and join him. I did so and with a few minutes I was in the house. It didn't take up to 3 minutes and I was in my house.

Afterward he left and I went inside to change my dress. I did so within some few minutes and decided to rest small. I was lying done when a thought came to my mind that I should go to the market and get some items to come and prepare food specifically "Banku". I then woke up pick some money and left the house to the market. From the house to the market is not a very far distance though but I prefer to always call friends and walk together. After calling my friends said he was busy carrying out some duties and so unless the next day. I then said I will go alone. With that within an hour, I had gone and return home.

When I got back, I set the fire and made preparation and kept the bank on fire. I began to stir it and I was happy it didn't take that long time to be able to finish all of them. Normally depending on your fire and the heat and most importantly the post you are using, it can take long or shorter time to be able to finish what the work. This time around, because I was the one who was going it on my own. I have the experience and I know the right quantity of heat to provide for it to be ready for me at the time I want it.

After noticing it was well cooked, I then decided to tire it in the plastics that we normally tire them in. I used it and I tired it and I had over 10 balls of "Banku" at my disposal. In other to be able to enjoy the work and energy I have kept inside, I grinded pepper and bought some smoked fish and break it into it. I then borough it in front of me. I really enjoyed it. Afterwards I watched some small movie and rested.
