This is very distressing to learn about the pollution at Sihanoukville. I traveled through beautiful Cambodia over 15 years ago. I am sure a lot has changed since then.
Much has changed, and in my opinion way too fast. 15 years ago the whole country was a very different place. I arrived in 2010 right when the "wild west" feeling was starting to die a bit.
