Beef Randang with Steamed Potatoes

Beef randang is an Indonesian spicy meat dish. Yes, it's spicy. And my version is extra spicy! 😁

There have been several versions of this. This one I made is not the saucy version. I also have another version I'd like to share that 1 day too.

Pressure cooked with maranao palapa, coconut milk and other spices.
