I have a problem, currently i can't post anything new in any community here in steemit. It's an error or i have to wait until recharge my steem power? Sorry for my unknowledge.
Did you receive a message why you cannot post?
If that's the case you can try again in a few hours but I noticed you do not upvote anyone so you are not using your SP (Steem Power) for that.
Try this...
1 post per day - 10 upvotes - 10 comments/replies. The last two to promote yourself.
This must be possible with the SP you have especially if you divide it over the day (a part in the morning and a part in the evening). Like I told you before @flcg even if you are out of SP it charges again. If I remember as I started (with 20 SP) it took me 12 hours back then. Note that if you are out of SP you do receive a message why you cannot post. But since you posted this comment I doubt that is the problem.
I let you know later if I can post in a community.

This sounds more like a Steemit platform issue. I delegated SP to you with my account @wakeupkitty.pal I doubt you used it all.
👆 Look at https://steemworld.org/@flcg and you see your voting power (VP) and your SP is 30!
