Rainy Vibes and Late-Night Lines

I decided to go with a little sketch this evening. It’s been a busy week, and today was no different as I had to do laundry and go through my notes. It rained for a while, and the cool atmosphere inspired me to pick up my pen—whether the result turned out "ugly" or not. Luckily, I ended up with something nice!

I started with a clean outline of the face. To keep things quick, I worked within a mini 3x3 inch frame.

Next, I began shading the face, starting from under the eyebrows and moving to the area below the nose. I also decided to give the lady an earring.

I added lighter shades to the other parts of the face and decided to add a bench and a window in the background to fill the empty space.

Then, I shaded the building wall and made the window frame darker.

With that, I managed to finish a piece before heading to bed.

I also noticed that I gave the wrong date for the first episode of my new upcoming comic. I wrote February 21 instead of April. I must have been eating too much garri! 😅
