It's a gallery, and there are even some classrooms and students , possibly some of those paintings belong to them. It's a place with five floors, and on each floor there are paintings and more paintings. However, I make my choice . There are also sculptures. It's as its name says, the Palace of the Arts: masters, students, and paintings. Open to the public from Monday to Saturday.
