My latest watercolour painting …

Autumn in Killarney Ontario

My process :

Step 1: Light pencil sketch on Watercolour Paper

Step 2 : Add a light wash of cobalt blue to sky

Step 3: Add yellow orange and green to trees on foreground

Step 4: Add ultramarine blue at clearing in sky

Step 5: Add violet clouds and details to trees and granite rock ledge

I might go back and lighten the clouds a little - what do you think ?

Too dark ?
