Finally
How come I'm alone?
I'm a funghi
Born from fungal threads
Shouldn't there be more of me?

What's that rumbling in the distance
The ground is shaking
A shadow
The light is blinding
The reflection in a lens
Purple, it's an illusion.

I wish I weren't so tiny
Am I one out of 500 Mycena left?
