Those cracks also appear if I use old paint drying fast.

This is an unpredictable effect.
And here we are talking about a pre-planned effect that is already included in the final result.
At the same time, if I understand correctly, the size and depth of the cracks can be planned. This is also important.

Это непредсказуемый эффект.
А здесь речь идёт о заранее планируемом эффекте который уже включён в конечный результат.
При этом, если я правильно понимаю, размер и глубину трещин можно планировать. Это тоже важно.
